The months when schools publish the most jobs on TalentSetu, from real job posts. Useful for planning when to look and apply.

Not enough jobs yet to show a pattern

Not enough jobs have been posted yet to show a reliable pattern — we'll show it once at least 30 jobs are published.

We count the jobs schools published on TalentSetu in the last 24 months, by the month each job was first published (Indian time). Jobs that have since closed or expired still count.
Each bar adds up both years: the June bar, for example, counts jobs published in June of either year.
The chart runs from April to March, following India's academic year. “Teaching roles” are classroom roles such as PRT, TGT, PGT, subject and special educators; pre-primary, leadership, student-support, training and office roles are counted as other roles.
We only show the chart once at least 30 jobs have been published, so it isn't based on a handful of posts. It shows when schools on TalentSetu post jobs, not every school in India.
